The results are simple and packaged components that are designed to empower others so they understand how to achieve consistent results with minimum supervision.
It has always been my goal to grow the business, every great business has great potential, and that allows the business to thrive during all business cycles. This is done by turning every customer into a salesman for your business through the experience they had when they used your company.
Referral Marketing is achieved by correcting problems immediately, building customer confidence with constant communication, and solving customer issues as a priority.
My focus in the past has been on residential customers, and this may prove to be your company's greatest potential for growth. Many focus on the B2B market because they feel dealing with the general public is filled with problems and complaints, but my findings have been that if you just provide great customer service, not only are the problems negligible but most people will pay more for work performed on their home, thus making the business more profitable.
Career History
Neerings Plumbing, Heating and Electrical, Salt Lake City, Utah - July 2006 - March 2010
Experience -- Pricing, Purchasing, Inventory, Computer Integration, Advertising & Management
My duties here included all business operations with emphasis on the purchasing and product integration of all the items we worked on. I maintained all pricing used for every job by writing a company pricing guide, which was upgraded and current. I managed a service agreement program that started with virtually no customers and grew to 1500 in 3 years. I certified all advertising purchases and managed a budget there of $800,000 per year, while the company doubled in retail sales. I wrote most of the company's web page material, which currently accounts for 15% of new business. I was involved in weekly training, and technical assistance. I also handled Customer Service Issues and complaints for the company. This company currently retains 70% of its customers, while it is the most expensive company in its market.
