I was born into a plumber home and have spent most of my life working near the trades. I eventually discovered that I had some real skills at managing service business and finding out how to grow companies that started out as a Mom & Pop business that was started to simply keep the family fed to an outstanding company that is a leader and a valued contributor to a community.
With that said I have found real joy in mentoring and helping small and medium sized service business identify how to grow and prosper while they actually become less time consuming to the owner.
